Little Richard's Family Restaurant

When you Google best tenderloin in KC this restaurant should be at the top. Tenderloin that is tender, flavorful, moist, and breaded just right for a southern fried delight. Richard doesn't pound his meat flat. He leaves it thick then breads it. You gotta squish it down to get a sandwich in your mouth but that doesn't bother me. Get it with all the fixings and include horseradish. Or you can get it without the bread and have is slathered with a peppered gravy. Either way I dare you to be able to eat the whole thing! If you haven't had the delightful tenderloin from Little Richard's you don't know what you are missing, but after you try one, you'll never go back to those pounded flat flour cakes they call tenderloins at other establishments.

I'm not gonna lie I was kind of scared so order at this restaurant being that I am African-American. I moved in this neighborhood about two years ago and my first impression was one of their customers Hanging a confederate flag. but today I decided you can't judge a book by its cover and I went into order. Everyone was very welcoming even gave me advice on how to fix a flat tire. The food is absolutely amazing it certainly matches it's customer service. I can't wait to try their breakfast food! 10 stars

Great place to get a home cooked meal. Cozy down to earth atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and great service too. And the food is absolutely delicious every time! I've never had a single problem or complaint any time I've ever been.

Very family oriented. Love the home style cooking everything Is made from scratch and also with love. Friendly staff, cooks and ownership. No better place for a genuine home cooked meal.

This is the place to go if you want a fantastic home cooked meal!!! We always drove by on the way to see our son and noticed the parking lot was always full so decided we needed to stop in and try it out we were not disappointed. Now we go there anytime we are in the area best breakfast I ever had. Friendly staff and great food what more could you want and I forgot to mention great price too!!!
