LongHorn Steakhouse

I like longhorn steakhouse I had a very good experience as usual here. The steaks have a great flavor and the sides are awesome. This past visit my steak was quite overcooked. When I showed the server she quick took care of it and got me a new one and the manager came by to apologize and got us some dessert to go. It was not a big deal and only took 10 minutes or less for a new steak but it showed that they value their customers and try their very best to make the experience worth while. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good steak and quality sides for a reasonable price.

Prime Rib is good sometimes. If you go early it is still moist. Later gets dry. Service is sketchy. We have had good waiters and then one where they just disappeared. Nice food I will go back. Not many good Steak places left in Utah.

This Roadhouse, Texas style, thankfully does not have the peanut atmosphere of other famous Road House. Their meat cuts are exceptional and their cooking is perfection. With the menu they include a steak guide on what to expect as you order different cuts of meat. I have no memory of a steakhouse that serves steak as tender and delicious as Longhorn Steakhouse, except while driving through the state of Texas itself. The prices are fair per the service and meat you're receiving, and if it be a little more pricey comparative with other restaurants it's certainly worth the money to pay a little more.

My wife had a steak last night that was cooked quite a bit more than the "barely pink" she had asked for and it had way too much pepper seasoning. She tried to enjoy her steak but it just wasn't working. When we told the server about the situation she said they would start a new steak for her. While the steak was being prepared, the service manager came over to ensure us that it would be cooked to her satisfaction. When the steak came back, it was too rare now. Again we told the server of the situation, she took it back. A little while later the service manager brought out the additionally cooked steak, my wife cut into it and it was perfect. The service manager said that because they couldn't get it right two times, they were going to subtract the cost of her steak from our bill. Now that is amazing customer service!

I had their prime rib which is often sold out when we go here. It was absolutely fantastic. I am so glad they prepared enough tonight. My husband was very pleased with his beef tenderloin which was cooked just right. We had to wait for about 30 minutes to be seated but the service was good and the food was excellent so it was well worth the wait.
