LongHorn Steakhouse

The food was good. Staffing is not. While there were several empty seats available, we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated until the next server came in for their shift. There were more guests in the waiting lobby than there were customers seated and eating. Our host was kind enough to have us wait at the bar just to serve us water and bread. I think other guests' experience could have been better if the host seated them first, brought out the bread and got their drink orders while they waited for the server to begin their shift.

Great place for steaks, the salads are delicious the bread is delicious and the food is pretty darn good. The service there is excellent probably some of the best service you're going to get in Salt Lake City I have to give this place for stars because every time I've gone the server has been excellent. Be ready for a long wait if you're there during peak times. Overall it's good food and great service combined.

Great atmosphere! We tried it for the first time because we had a gift card. It’s so much better than Texas Roadhouse. No peanuts all over the floor. You can actually hear each other speak, and there’s room at the tables, you aren’t squished together bumping elbows. The place was clean and nice. The food was good and the pricing was comparable to Texas Roadhouse. They accommodated us and our baby easily. There were several large groups with children and babies the same time as us. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. 10/10 would recommend.

They did give us an allergy free menu which really helped! However they got our steaks on the wrong plates and the pork chops were tough! Also it took forever to get our food. It did taste good when we finally got it.

We called a week before we tried to go with 13 people, they said that was fine. We called the day before, and they said that's fine. We called the morning of to let them know we were coming at 6pm, and they put our name on the list. We showed up at 6pm... 1:30 to 2 hour wait. We did everything they said to do, and we didn't even get to eat there. It's extremely frustrating to everyone who came out of town to be here for our Mothers Day dinner.
