Good location with helpful staff. The store space could be improved so maybe someday they can move to have a better space like that at Clackamas Town Center or on NW 23rd Ave. Great selection of bath and moderately priced cosmetic products. Stores have in-store demos and will offer compact samples with a purchase.

I was here yesterday and I was incredibly impressed with the customer service during this busy holiday season. Their store was packed with customers, but almost half seemed to be employees. I had three different employees reach out to help me, which was awesome. I just wanted one thing and it needed to be vegan, and they were super helpful with helping me decide which one I wanted. Then, as I’m standing in the long line to check out, one of the employees comes up to me with a scanner and checks me out while I’m in line. I didn’t even have to wait and then was on my way! I was very impressed with the service. I definitely intend to visit them again.

TL;DR: GREAT product..to buy online. 5 star product, 2 star service. I've always had a love/hate relationship with Lush. I love their products but the store is just chaotic. It's overwhelming to me but the product makes it worth it. My visit this time however made me not want to return. The sales associates are aggressively friendly. My sister requested a sample of one of their face masks, one she's used before and loves. The sales associate then questioned her type of skin, told her she shouldn't use that face mask, told her she was wrong for using it and then turned his attention to me. She never got her sample. He then aggressively questioned my type of skin, what I was shopping for and then all of a sudden I was holding 5 pots of product. Don't get me wrong, he was very nice but just wouldn't accept we already knew what we wanted and basically ignored our requests. Once I finally escaped him, I walked literally two steps before ANOTHER sales associate came up to me, asked what I needed and then without letting me answer started putting things into my hands. Again, VERY friendly but completely ignored what I was saying and wouldn't let me just wander. I understand they are trying to help but I'm already overwhelmed by the design of the place and all the smells. Adding aggressive sales associates just makes me want to leave. I appreciate an offer to help but ignoring what I have to say, forcing product into my hands and ignoring my request to just wander is just too much.

Every employee that has helped me or was even just working when I came in has been so nice. Excellent staff!

The people that work here are really friendly and helpful. More importantly they know the products they push! Also, they're aware of past products as well and can give you alternatives with stuff on hand.
