I went into Origins on a crazy day when there was only one staff person on duty. She was very impressive and nicely kept her cool despite the chaos of customers. The store has a minimalist, nature-inspired look and doesn't smell sickly sweet like other bath and body shops. When the associate helped me, she gave me a couple of free samples of creams that interested me and invited me to go back for a free mini-facial. Needless to say, I was sold.
