Sally Beauty

The store itself is great. I just thought it was weird how the cashier asked the white woman for her Sally’s card and even offered her own, yet, me being a black woman, she offered me nothing but my total. Customer service definitely needs to be at the top of there list as well as up selling products.

Out of all the Sally's I have visited over the years, this is one of the best. The staff is so friendly and helpful!

This store has a very steady flow of customers, but is not usually crowded. Nice prices on beauty supplies and equipment.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Walked in with a $140 mess from the salon, and decided to go diy full blond, because it couldn't get much worse. The products suggested not only were effective, but saved my hair from totally frying. Definitely double up on product if you're not absolutely sure there will be enough to cover what you're wanting to do. Ive noticed Sally's everywhere give zero pressure to upsell, so you could end up with not enough. I grab double the amount and always end up using it all. Also, try the ion deep conditioning packets. They're worth the $2.50 Overall super happy with their customer service and product suggestions. Thanks guys!
