If you can't be at least polite, then don't work with the public. I'm so tired of being treated rudely for no reason. When I come into a store to make a simple transaction, I'm not complaining about anything nor am I being rude and I'm treated rudely from the get go? Ridiculous!!! Get a different job! Sorry if you had a bad day or whatever my life isn't easy either but I don't treat customers rudely regardless!!!! Won't be spending any more of my money at this store. This would store would get zero stars if Google would allow it.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about what the percentage of ammonia in different hair dyes. They also helped me find all the materials I needed to dye my hair successfully at home for the first time.

There workers in the sallys today! One was nice and very helpfully, however the woman how doing the checking out was like i don't have change for a $50.00. My change would have been 37.00 dollars what bizs. dose not that in there all operating hours. She say she gave her change already but the three people that got left and payed with cards so what's the deal? Im not saying it was cause im black but the white folks seemed not to have any issues!

I've been trying to bleach black color out of my hair and I've been left with a yellow and orange MESS. Simone was very helpful in helping me figure out what to do next without judgment and she made my day by telling me that my hair wasn't as damaged as I thought. 5 stars! :D

First staff member to show me to what I was looking for wasn't overly friendly but that's not to say she was rude. However, the second associate that came by was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I had lots of dumb questions that she was really great about answering.
