Ulta Beauty

This review is about the Salon at the Ulta store. Great, free parking and plenty of it. Clean store, especially the salon. I was given a bottle of water while I waited. Had a wonderful experience with Emily, where a shampoo, cut, style and blow-dry costs only $38! She asked permission to take pictures for Instagram and suggested I donate my hair because I was getting about 9-10 inches cut off. Which I did. Very friendly, very polite, and really talented. I highly recommend this full-service salon. They have an esthetician and waxing services at this store also. What a find!

I love this place. They have the best make up and everything beauty. The staff are always helpful, and give out free samples of any product you want so you can actually take it home and get a good feel for whether or not you like the product. Not to mention their rewards program is the best.

Usually I have a good experience. However, lately my experiences with this Ulta have been awful. I had a walk in appointment for getting my brows waxed. I was told the girl was on lunch and I needed to wait 20 minutes. As I was waiting, another girl asked for a walk in appointment. She was told it would be an hour. Then I was approached by the eyebrow waxer that she needed 20 more minutes after her lunch... I said I was confused but agreed. Then she immediately started working on the girl that came in after me. I'm annoyed by the service this woman gave and will not be returning.

Love this Ulta! I could go to the one in my hometown but I honestly prefer this one because of the employees. I recently went in and received some help from Alice and she was really awesome! She even found a special product for me that I really wanted in the store and put it on hold while I was at work so I was able to come in and buy it later which I thought was really cool. She was also very sweet and fun to talk to. Thanks so much, Alice! :)
