Nobody knows what the products are. I bought some trimmers and a zero gapper. The zero gapper didn't work so I brought it back for a refund. The tall white girl and the manager who wouldn't come from the back were rude. My advice is to start tagging everything that is no return. I'll never stop here again.

Store was a mess, couldn't hardly walk through the aisles. The prices listed for things aren't the prices unless you have a membership, but it isn't written like that or told to you till they ring you up, and only then if you question the higher price, they don't volunteer it, even asked about specific products, and mentioning prices as an important factor in purchase decisions.

I tried to take back a curling iron that I bought after the first of the year, because I needed to change the size of it. I know I didn't have the receipt but I didn't want my money back, just an exchange. However, I found the receipt when I got home & the time limit has run out. I wonder if it is worth going back since its over 60 days?? I only used it one time & didn't like it. To make a happy customer, do you think they would make an exception? I will try & give them another chance...there is always another store!!! They could contact me through Facebook!
