LUSH

Every time I go to the mall, I feel as if I do not fit in (so many suburban families and such loud children) - except for when I go to LUSH. Every location always has the friendlist workers who seem to represent the company well, and speak so highly of it. Yesterday, Mary was so wonderful to speak with. She was very knowledgeable regarding all products. She put aside a chunk of time dedicated to finding me the right facial cleanser, deodorant, and got me a few samples to take home as well! She called it 'hanging out'. It was such a pleasant experience that we hugged when I left the store. 10/10 would recommend this company, specifically this location.

The products don't really work well enough to just the cost, and the sales staff seem to make things up as they go along. I had an associate out right tell me that Lush doesn't and has never made Dream Cream...okaayyy. There bathbombs can sometimes be over peering, so I'll use it as potpourri for my bathroom.

My son is autistic and loves the robot bath bomb. We were trying to branch out on our last visit, and asked the worker which ones my son would like that didn’t have the bubble affect. He recommended “twilight” because of the lavender oil and that it was a popular bath bomb. I asked if it had bubbles in it or was a bubble bar and he said no. I just put it in my sons bath and it had bubbles. Talk about an autistic meltdown. 😒 not too happy about this experience.

I love Lush! I started using their bath bombs years ago and have branched out to other things like the fresh face masks and hair care. I love that it's all natural and still smells amazing! Also this location has amazing staff that are always so welcoming and just nice for a good chat and suggestions and then if I just want to browse aren't pushy. Lush is just a good shopping experience!
