I drove here from 92nd (only after checking the hours and knowing my usual spot is closed at 8) after my boyfriend and I split up arriving around 830 feeling down and in need of a good color. Already knew what I needed. In and out. Nope. Hours posted say 9 but the door is locked and someone is in the far back leaning on a counter staring out the front. Never acknowledged me or moved. I didn't gesture I just got back into my car, Defeated by the day and this situation. Next time atleast post a notice on the door and don't stare at people because they're inconveniencing your early close. Off to Walmart for boxed dye, I guess.

The store is great. Always love sally’s. Most of the staff is friendly, when they do ask if you need help, or actually get to you. They do always push to buy a lot of unnecessary stuff to go with. Expensive if you follow all the advice given.

I am pizza delivery guy and the people working there think it's ok not to tip the drivers. This makes that business look bad because of greedy people. They seem nice people, but I look at actions, not words and appearance. I would avoid that place. That may sound not that big of the deal but for me it's big deal, since I get paid minimum wage, and I use my car.

Great experience every time I go into the store. The blonde gent who works the front counter is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I seriously know zero about beauty products and I have successfully gotten my wife things that she's loved and I credit that to him. There is everything you could possibly need in here. Hair, nails, skin, etc. Will go back. Will recommend to a friend.
