Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio

Over the years I've been going to Merle Norman, numerous times they've been out of my product and have to send it to me in the mail. Takes weeks to receive it, even though the shipment was supposed to arrive in 1-2 days. For example, I purchased my product on January 17, 2018--it is now almost February 2nd and I still have yet to see it. I pay way too much money to wait that long. My foundation has been out for a week now. I will probably be switching to a different product because I'm tired of this happening over and over again.

Customer service is horrible!!! I like the makeup and have been getting it for serval years, but every time I need a to buy more, I have to prep myself before going in because I know the person will be insensitive, rude, and degrading. Is it too much to ask to give me the makeup I ask for without sharing her unsolicited opinion about everything I say or do regarding my looks and makeup choices. There is another location on the West Side and it might be worth the drive.

Horrible customer service !! The lady was really insensitive and rude. She made my sister who's undergoing chemo tear up from her rude attitude. She kept yelling every time my sister touch the wig. She had an excuse for everything, everything was "sold yesterday" or its your heads fault it doesn't look good. I was blown away with their lack of customer service. Unsure if they are trying to sell the wigs or purposely pushing people away so they can sleep at night with all the wigs.

The woman who I assume is the owner is very rude and disrespectful. She had the audacity to ask if I had enough money to pay for her $300 wig. You never question a customer or someone if they have enough money. I ignored her comment, then later said the wig I wanted to try on wouldn't look good with my face and skin color. Definitely would not recommend to anyone, unless they're ready to be judged by their physical appearance and skin tone.
