Maryland Mallet Restaurant & Smokehouse Pub

Maryland Mallet is just the best new restaurant in Carroll County. We've been trying to go for a while and just got to last weekend. They offer a full service restaurant in their upstairs dining area, which is nice and formal. They also have a sports bar/biker bar vibe in their basement seating area as well as a patio for smoking and take out service. the staff was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. I would recommend a visit for anyone in the area!

Went a couple times when they first opened and it was just OK. Gave it another shot and happy we did. We have been twice over the last week and both times have been excellent. Nice, heavy crabs (even in the off season). Wife loved the club sandwich with their smoked ham and turkey. Good service. Will be back to try the smoked wings!

This was the first time I have visited. And with a party of 9 our waitress her name was Kelly she didn't miss a beat thank you Kelly. Wow the food was great only one thing need to season the meat just a little bit more.. All in All the whole party enjoyed the time there. I will definitely be back. Great place

I work for a major courier service and I am here quite frequently. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant, polite, quick to help and I’m never there waiting for a signature more than 5 minutes. I’m always offered refreshments on the house. If you haven’t tried the French fries your missing out, they are amazing... Great place to take your family for dinner! Thanks MD Mallet!!

Loved it. Smoked prime rib was great... The rest of he family was not thrilled but said they were not fans of smoked meat. Good BOGO entree with the second 50 percent off on "date night". Good drink and wine selection. Appetizers were a big hit. The chocolate cake was great.
