We had such a positive buying experience in Oct 2016 that we returned in May 2018 to make another purchase. Excellent customer service from Randy. He set up a delivery date and the truck was here on time. Delivery team was courteous and neat! Way to go, Mattress Firm!

Just purchased our Leggett & Platt split king adjustable bed & Beauty Rest mattress sets. Split king sheet set & mattress covers. One stop shopping. Delivery is scheduled for next Sat 6/9. We are so looking forward to a better night's sleep. Randy "The Mattress Man" was our salesman. He is very professional & knowledgeable of his products. He is very patient & no pressure sales. We shopped it w/ another store & saved over $1000. We highly recommend Mattress Firm. I will comment later on delivery customer service. Stop by to see Randy for your new sleeping comforts.

I had a wonderful experience when purchasing my adjustable base from the Millsboro Mattress Firm. I should say I had originally found the product I was interested in at Mattress Warehouse in Rehoboth. Once I left, I decided it would be wise to shop around and called Mattress Firm. So glad I did! I was able to upgrade the adjustable base I was interested in for 100s less! All the way down to the delivery, this was top notch service. The base that I chose was back ordered. So on 12/29, I ordered my base and was given the delivery date of 01/20. On 01/19 I received a call and a text message confirming that my delivery was scheduled to arrive between 1:30pm and 3:30pm on 01/20. I was satisfied with a 2 hour window, unlike waiting for the cable man! I was so happy when the truck rolled up outside at 1:34pm. The delivery men, who were 100% polite and professional came to the door with a rug and booties so as not to track dirt through the house. They set up the base and took the trash when they left. Now I'm going to enjoy the product I saved hundreds on through shopping with Mattress Firm. P.S. - I believe a nice gentleman by the name of Nick was the salesman who helped me get such a great deal. However, my receipt shows his name was Randall. I may have the names mixed up, so I'd ask for Nick AND Randy just in case, for great service! :)

Randy is very comfortable to deal with. No hassle and very upfront. Purchased a king with free adjustable frame.
