It's been about a month since my mattress purchase and I'm happy to say I'm in love with my new Serta. I have never slept better and my back issues have become almost non existent. Roben was the associate who helped me on my first visit and was wonderful. I had some family members along and he made us feel right at home. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and preferences in my search for a new bed. After leaving that day and "sleeping" on it I decided on the mattress I had seen at mattress warehouse and went back to make my purchase. I was assisted by Mark during my next visit and my pickup a few days later. He was so extremely helpful and kind and made me feel at ease right away and always had a smile on his face. He helped us load everything into our truck and made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving. I'm so impressed by how knowledgeable and professional the staff here are but also how down to earth as well. I know in sending my family and friends here that they will be in the best of hands. Thank you guys for all of your help and making this experience delightful.

Bought a mattress from Mattress Warehouse yesterday. Mark and Robens (sp?) could not have done a better job. We shopped around and got the best deal for a great bed dealing with them. Slept better than I have for a long time last night. I highly recommend checking these guys out if you are looking for a bed. Thank you, gentlemen!!!

THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! They didn't greet my elderly mom patronizingly as "Hey beautiful!" upon arrival (although she is....). Instead they asked her name and used it. They didn't force her to lie for 10 minutes on three different mattresses to suit some contrived sales regimen. They didn't pull their cheapest block of memory foam out of the value section to satisfy her price range. They didn't leave us alone on the showroom floor for 10 minutes (think car lot) to discuss price with a non present manager. They didn't make us wait for timely delivery. They didn't disappoint us at all. How do they even manage to stay in business?! Go figure.They only did one thing. They respectfully met mother's goal for a very good mattress at a fair price. Dang.

Had the best customer service from your salesman Mark! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he is selling and took great pride in his work. I would highly recommend shopping here and I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thanks Mark!

Well, I’ve read before in reviews if there was a way to put no stars, that would be done. Be sure and take your time, and be sure that you have a sales person that is investing their time into you and your investment. Once you purchase and it is delivered you are done.
I have had so many problems from the very beginning after delivery, from mattress, to then base, so many different companies involved it is quite unbelievable. You have to deal with each company, who then deals with outside companies, and it is all placed on the customer. to contact each servicer. Matteress Warehouse/sleep happens… puts it right back in the customers hands, and then the real fun begins! I literally had my sales person Mark To, tell me that “I was expecting a higher customer service then they delivered!” (And that was simply waiting for a call to inform us about our headboard, not even in regards to the problems we were having) His excuse for not following up was “me as a consumer doesn’t want a follow up call if I don’t get a answer!) What??!!
I DO have to say that I received excellent customer service from Roben’, Nicki, and Alicha. Roben’ was on top of things immediately!
Actually got to the point where I called corporate headquarters, asked for a supervisor, so that I would not have to repeat the story over and over again, and actually got a voicemail for the “supervisor” in corporate!! Not to mention have still NOT gotten a return call from corporate. I am ready to contact Better Buisness Burea and repeat extreme unsatisfactory service.
Needless to say, this is an extremely frustrated and aggravated customer. Unless they can actually do something to rectify this situation, and then I will respond with a positive review, I am suggesting that as customers, be aware! Big investment!
