Terrance and Norma Lee are the most knowledgeable people I know! As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted and Terrance was exceptional! He went above and beyond to get us the bed we wanted but also at the right price! I can’t thank them both enough and I will referred all my friends and family. Thank you again!

We had a great mattress buying experience last week at Mattress Firm in Middletown. Richie was knowledgeable and expertly guided us through the selection process. Unlike the other stores that we visited, we were not totally confused by the array of available options. Would recommend anyone in the market to stop by and see Richie Z.

Excellent customer service by both Richie and Keith. Dealt with both of them on separate occasions and they were both on the same page about getting me a great deal on a new mattress! Very competitive pricing, the best out of what I looked at locally and online! And I made out like a bandit, they even sweetened the deal with some nice incentives! Will definitely suggest to friends and family as they've won my loyalty, thanks so much again, you guys are awesome!
