Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

My experience shopping at this location was great, we were greated promptly at the door and the associate we worked with (Manny) was awesome. After explaining what we were potentially looking for Manny gave us room to explore the showroom and would check in every now and then to see how we were doing. Again, throughout the entire experience I never felt rushed to make a decision and appreciated the time that was spent with us. Manny was so knowledgeable and a great listener. We walked away purchasing a few items and were both excited as we felt great about the quality of items was comparable to the price.

We were greeted by sales consultant Thomas Shaw. He informed us about the layout of the new store and the current sale items. As we viewed the store by ourselves without the constant prodding and pressure usually given by aggressive sales people he approached us a little while later and asked us if we wanted something to drink or do we have any questions. We continued viewing items and as we were about to leave he met us once again at the door offered us a catalog. Just a pleasant experience with a salesperson. I would recommend that salesman and that store if you're looking for some Fine Furniture.

I would give it 5 stars because ....when we walked in we were immediately greeted the rep spent a lot of time with us and was able to educate us on the adjustable beds that we wanted to buy and he took his time gave us a card and even did a follow-up email..... on the other hand .....I want to give it one star because.. just before we bought it we went over to the department store approximately 5 minutes away and were able to get the exact same bed for $1,000 less

Raymour and Flanigan is the very best. First of all, very professional, and cordial, they know their stuff.

They got some good furniture but the price is ridiculous. You can find better prices for the exact same mattress at Brookstone, macys, jcpenny and etc.
