Excellent customer service. The staff from the show room to the delivery guys were all kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Financing options were explained in detail and financing only took a few minutes to approval. I purchased a sectional and bedroom set. Both were awesome buys. I had one minor issue upon delivery the factory sent to left legs for my headboard. No worries, they ordered the correct part and returned to complete the install. Customer for life, thank you Furniture Solutions!

As a first time user the experience was great. The furniture arrived at the warehouse in the time estimated and the delivery was also on time. The men moving the furniture were polite and neat... They made this process so much smoother... No dings or scratches. And it looks great in the room... Nicely done !

Has anyone ordered furniture from Furniture Solutions in Bear DE? If so, how did it arrive? My furniture was delivered not properly sewn, material buckling, fabric torn and stained. How did they respond and correct the issues. I rate this as one, if i could give a ZERO I WOULD. If they are professional and correct this. I will consider another rate but for now. Not! I have spoken to the owner once and all i heard we will correct the problem and no further contact except for me reaching out to the store. How does one spend their hard earned funds to order custom furniture only to receive it defective. As a business owner it should have been inspected prior to delivery. However, i am told plastic & coverings was on it while in his shop. SO the company that builds your furniture has no work ethics. This is utterly a Disgrace and Unacceptable! Let me know of others experience please & Thank you. Addedendum: Product & Customer Satisfaction Review. Mr Bob has corrected all issues of concern. I could truly say that i am a happy consumer and because he was so passionate about making me a happy customer. I will gladly change my rating. He is a business man one could trust. Thank you so much. I love my sofa & chaise. If ever in need of custom furniture, i would gladly return.

As soon as I walked in the store and was greeted by a sales associate, I knew I found the right place! I highly recommend Furniture Solution to anyone looking for specific type, color and style of furniture. They will work with you to order exactly what you want. Every person, from sales to delivery was wonderful to work with. Fantastic experience from start to finish.
