Amazing customer service and I couldn't be happier with my new bed! I was greeted immediately upon entering and was taken through many different pricing options as well as of course trying out the comfy beds! As a first time buyer, I was also pleased to see that there were many payment options and the deals were fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I had a great shopping experience here. Normalyn the Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me find the perfect bed and did not make me feel like she was trying to mislead me. In fact she helped me to work out a price matched deal for the bed I wanted with the brand's online store for a huge savings which included a free bed frame and free delivery. The entire experience was very positive overall. I could not be happier with my decision to shop at Mattress Firm and to have Normalyn assist me as well!

Went to this store to buy a new mattress. Was very nervous because it's a big investment and I needed a mattress that would eliminate my back pain. A young woman named Brittany Williamson came over to help me. She was so helpful and soo pleasant to talk to. Really cares about you and your needs. Spent a lot of time helping me with the selection. It was so nice having someone help you get what you really need and not the usual salesman pressure to buy what is most expensive. Would definitely go back.

A well overdue review of my experience at Mattress Firm Wilmington West. Long and short, I had an exceptional experience purchasing a mattress from this store. I happened to go by on during a slow weekday and had the pleasure of meeting Willie and Terrance. My wife and I were in need of a replacement mattress (queen) and I brought our three young daughters with us. We were there for a couple of hours trying out various mattresses. Willie and Terrance were exceptionally patient answering our many questions while our children gleefully ran around the store. We had some issues with the manufacturers warranty on our last mattress and Willie and Terrance went the extra mile to help ensure our confidence in our purchase . We have been sleeping on our mattress (Dream Bed Lux) for three months now and are so happy with the quality sleep we are getting. Thank you to Willie and Terrance for all of their efforts. If I ever have the need to purchase another mattress, I will swing by and see those guys again without hesitation.

Go see Brittany at Mattress Firm! She is very helpful and determined to get you in the best match. Found a great bed at a great deal. Also had our two young children with us and they loved her. Would do business there again.
