Just received my furniture and am thrilled. The gentlemen who delivered my couch and bed were very courteous and gentle with my furniture. Set up was efficient and professional. Delivery was within the time they stated and they called as they got closer. I like my new furniture. Also the salesperson who sold me the furniture was great. He helped me but did not pressure or hover. I will buy again at Ashley Home store Wilmington.

Second delivery came today! Beautiful, high quality furniture at an affordable price! Wonderful experience from our salesman, Scott to the delivery men who were quick and efficient. Very happy!

Excellent sales team. I did not feel like I was being watched and stalked as I was shopping. When I had a question the sales team was very helpful and professional. My furniture was delivered within the timeframe I was promised. The delivery team was very professional and ensured my home was protected and made sure I was satisfied with the furniture before leaving. I would recommend Ashley Furniture and it is highly likely that I will purchase additional furniture from Ashley.

Kept their promise...I believe her name was Jennifer. But everything was exactly as stated. Friendly, professional staff. Love the artwork!

Had a terrible experience at this store. Don't even bother coming here. They completely missed the scheduled delivery of my couch, no phone call, no explanation. It was eventually delivered a week later, after I had to call them back every day to try to reschedule. Staff was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Now that the couch has finally been delivered and I'm trying to reach someone about refunding the delivery fee due to the inconvenience, no one will return my calls. They have my money, so they don't care. I guess they also don't care that I have 4 other rooms to furnish, and I won't be returning to their store. I wonder if this is the type of service I can expect if I ever have to make use of the protection plan they sold me.
