Mattress Firm Fairfax

I worked with the manager Terrance at this store, and he provided me with excellent service and a deal on a mattress I literally could not say no to. The other associate Paul was also extremely friendly. I had just moved new to the area and needed a new mattress, and they went above and beyond my expectations of customer satisfaction, and truly put the customer first by ensuring that I had a mattress that worked well for my needs at an unbeatable cost. When I expressed concerns about the pricing they worked with me, when I was still concerned, they didn't give up which is what I fully expected (and wouldn't have blamed them), they continued to work with me until we got to a price that I could work with on a mattress that I love. It is extremely rare these days to find a company that understands that putting the customer first will win revenue in the long run and actually puts their actions where there mouth is. I was very impressed.

Had a great experience here with Brittany! Some mattress places we’ve visited seem very Daley’s and in your face. Brittany was the opposite. She was friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Whatever you’re doing, Brittany, keep doing it. I feel like we got a good value. The word is still out for our foam mattress- it Hassan’s been delivered and the idea of a foam mattress is very new to me- but I feel comfortable with the 120-day guarantee. Thank you!

I don't normally leave reviews on places I've been (even though I should) but I felt the need to in this case because of how well my experience went today. Brittany provided my mom and I with incredible service and made sure that we were 100% satisfied before confirming our purchase. I've been mattress shopping before and its not always the smoothest process because I can be picky! If you're in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend this location.

Awesome and very professional service from a very cool dude named Paul. He presented us with 3 different comfort levels and showed us every mattress within our price range. We came all the way from North Philadelphia to get the glory of no taxes and we got so much more. Great financing options on awesomely priced mattresses. Definitely check this place out if your looking to invest in a great mattress because you can't short change comfort!!!

My husband and I had been on the hunt for a new mattress since the start of the new year. We started here and FINALLY finished here this month. I gaurantee you the sole reason we purchased with mattress firm is because of Brittany. We could have easily ordered online for what we wanted or shopped around other local places, but we didn’t consider it after dealing with Brittany. The fact that she remembered all of our names every single time we came in tells you a lot about the customer service you’ll get here. 10/10 recommend.
