I spent three different days over the course of one week shopping at this store and was originally impressed by the selection as well as the cleanliness of the store. I am very disappointed by the deceitful staff and "sales". After the second day looking at the store I found a sofa I was interested in purchasing and took a picture of the price. I returned on the third day (later in the week) and the store was now running a "massive sale" where they "had" to clear out their product and everything was discounted. The removed the prices on everything and only had place holders with slashes over the prices. Suddenly the couch I wanted to purchase two days prior was now an additional $150 despite the large sale running and it being on "discount". When I confronted the salesmen about the price they replied that they "got it wrong" and the sofa was the price I mentioned. I responded how could they be having such a massive sale and yet this sofa is the exact same price (after me having to confront them). I noticed that many of the furniture pieces around the store were marked up for the sale. The entire encounter was very shady and misleading which prompted me to leave the store in search of a more honest business.

After price watching for over a year on several Ashley Furniture sectionals with pricing varying from store to store and online I finally made a purchase. Now previous to my purchase Ashley Furniture has consistently advertised sales online and through commercial that we're not in existence upon arrival at your local Ashley Furniture. They have raised the pricing on several items then promoting percentages off which equals to the original marked pricing sometimes even higher. Additionally advertising free shipping during these sales for shipping to only be added into the sale price and listing it which means it's not free shipping. Finally, coming to my purchase which was paid upfront in full. Delivered and visually okay to accept, to then an hour after delivery recline in the recliner portion of the sectional and find it unstable. After inspecting finding a piece of thin pressed wood broken under the couch to which I'm now told I ashoul have refused at delivery.... Well my last sectional was purchased from American Signature who did not require me to flip a couch upside down to inspect the hidden wood frame. Nor did their customer service rudely try to over talk me while being nasty and I recall there being management available on premises. All of which was not the case with me experience with Ashley Furniture. Over priced, poorly made furniture with horrible customer service.

Everything in this store is overpriced! I went to Cohen's furniture and they had 3 beautiful Ashley's Furniture sectional sofas for $719 but did not had the color I wanted.. I Went to Ashley's to check if they had the color I wanted and outside they had banners everywhere saying 50% off everything! but when I went inside my jaw dropped to see all sofas/ sectionals $3,000+! I don't want to imagine when there is NO 50% off!! Definitely not paying that outrageous amount for a freaking sectional!

It was a great experience. A first for my wife and I. We were able to find exactly what we wanted for a great price. Took a few days to shop around other stores but all we saw was how everything else couldn’t compare to our purschase at Ashley’s Furniture. The employees were very helpful along with the delivery staff.

Frank was a very polite and helpful rep. He took me right to where i need to be and sold me the best beds for my daughters. He was to the point with description and other details that i asked him. I love Ashley furniture! Great place to get furniture especially if u want to lease as well. Thank You Frank !☺☺
