Excellent experience at Mattress Firm.  Normalynn was friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgable of all products available.  She did not steer us in any particular direction, rather helped guide us according to our input without regard to cost or particular mattress.  Jim had extensive background as well, understanding why we were having the particular problem with our former mattress.  Prices were fair and reasonable as I am a comparison shopper.  Will recommend to anyone looking for new or replacement bed set.
