Mattress Warehouse of Bear - Fox Run

Antoine and Lysa were the associates that took care of me during my visit and purchase of my mattress on 05/16/18. From the second I walked into the store I felt welcomed and right at home. Sales Associate's were very friendly and knowledgeable and matched me with a bed that I almost fell asleep in the store. I really felt taken care of as a customer and felt like I was a priority because while I was testing out one of the mattresses in different positions I had a conversation with Antoine and Lisa and felt extremely comfortable not only on the mattress but talking to them as well. They even took a mattress from one end of the store to the other to an adjustable base since I have one at home to see how it would feel. If that's not going above and beyond for the customer I don't know what is. I would highly recommend Mattress Warehouse over any other competitors just because of the selection but also Service as well. Keep up the great work!

Went into the store not even knowing what I wanted but I needed a new mattress ASAP. Alesia greeted us and was amazing she helped me find the perfect mattress. I highly recommend this location for sure. Mention her for the greatest customer service.

I have not brought a bed in a long time and thanks to Lawrence My husband and I are so confident that we got the right bed. We shopped around to the various bed/mattress/furniture stores on rt. 40 and this was definitely our best experience.

Went to buy a mattress for my son and the shark immediately swarmed me....worse than a car dealership! The young lady was polite and seemed to know her information but was very pushy and I had a difficult time leaving the store. I wanted to shop around and she completely bashed the other stores that I had mentioned. I ended up leaving, shopping around and came back to buy the mattress. I was only looking for a mattress but the lady told me that they were only sold on sets and the box spring was built in to the price so I said I would go ahead and take the set for the agreed price. Her manager immediately rudely interrupted our conversation and started raising his voice at me. I reminded the Manager that I was negotiating with the young lady. He kept raising his voice with extreme negativity so I have it right back to him. I was so angry and upset that I used profanity at him and left. I went home and ordered a higher quality mattress from their competitor for a cheaper price and received free shipping!
