Sears Outlet

My wife and I had an excellent customer service experience at the Sears Outlet in Newark. Dan went above and beyond reasonable expectation to make sure we left with the correct dishwasher for our needs. We needed a very specific sized dishwasher for our kitchen and Dan spent easily over an hour with us lifting the heavy appliances to the ground and measuring them for our specific needs. He even polished up the front of the one we eventually chose. Dan actually apologized to us for sweating while helping us, which we found humorous. None of those even mention the fact that we got 45% off the original sticker price. I could not recommend Dan at the Sears Outlet more. I will shop there again after such a pleasant experience.

We have gotten so many major appliances here I've lost count. Anthony helped us out today and did a great job helping us get the right price on a new dryer. Always great deals and a wide selection, always been satisfied. Better service than at the major stores, in my opinion, because they don't hound you and try to get you to spend extra money. Very laid-back.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. Honesty was through the roof. I would recommend this place to anyone. And if something does have a scratch or a dent it’s very minimal you’ll be surprised how minimal. Check them out first before buying new it’s foolish not to save money. Have a good one 😁

You can always count on excellent customer service here. Very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the sales associates, Andrew, was very helpful and answered all of my questions, leaving me feeling confident that I would have no issues with my purchase. I highly recommend!

I’ve heard good things about this store and I had to go and see for myself. The associate that helped me out was Andrew. He is very knowledgeable about all of the products and he was very concerned with getting me the right appliances. I left the store knowing that I was getting the best appliances.
