The salesman was great, prices were good, and machines work fine. However, the delivery is TERRIBLE. Don’t expect to get what you need on the day they tell you it will be delivered. Just go somewhere that has their act together if you don’t want your time wasted.

You get PUNISHED for shopping directly at this store. The prices in store are more than online like 25% more! If you buy the item online then pick up at the store it's 25% less. What company does that? Why is a customer being penalized for walking into your store and buying something? I could of easily brought the same item from Amazon but I chose to give the direct store my business and all I got was overcharged big time and I'm not happy at all. Saw the same item on sears website that could be picked up at Sears in Dover for much cheaper only it was after I got stuck with my purchase from here and no you can't return a Sears item to a Sears store. There's apparently a difference between SEARS home and SEARS store. Who would have ever known with them both being called SEARS. I learned that the hard way (Sears doesn't advertise this fact so how would anyone know?) The online system will send you to any Sears but what it doesn't tell you is that the purchase and return policies are different at every store. How would any customer know that? I haven't brought anything from Sears in over 8 years and I wish I kept it that way. I was told that Sears Home Stores aren't actually owned by Sears so they can make the rules up as they go along they just pay to use the SEARS name and brands. What the hell kind of business practice is that other than to deceive customers into thinking you'll get the same level of customer service and merchandising policies? Basically I feel like I got ripped off because I did and stuff like this is every reason why Sears is going out of business and rightfully so. Deceiving customers with wonky return policies and playing the price game is never a good business practice. It's a good way to ensure no one ever buys from your store again though. All I can say is Good Riddance Sears you won't be missed.

best of care here - myself -being a long time sears customer - dover is too far and traffic an issue - same for newark - this store being in the center of middletown - with any item sears has or can get for you makes this store and the personal care you receive just perfect .
