Andy was extremely helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't waste my time trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. He was very pleasant to work with and completely professional even when I told him I was going to shop around after getting his best price. When I returned to place my order he was quick and efficient. I ordered after 5pm on Monday, and delivery will still be on Wednesday! If you need mattresses and need them quickly, Mattress Firm at Pelican Square is the place to go. Their prices were very reasonable and with quick delivery and haul away service they just made my life easier! Thanks again, Andy!!

We visited in two trips: the first just to look around and the second to finalize decisions. Andy and Darin both made for a pleasant, laid-back shopping experience. They helped to find us what we needed without us feeling pressured or being gimmicky. The prices are great and the store is clean. Quick and easy sale with awesome customer service. Excellent customer service!! Ive probably stopped in at least 5 times over the past 6 mos (hey, it's a big purchase and I wanted to make sure I picked the perfect bed lol) and the staff has never been pushy or acted like I was wasting their time. Finally made a decision with Darin and Andy's help, they helped me find all the features I wanted in a bed and Im so excited to finally get a good night's sleep. P.s. Andy's humor made it such a fun experience instead of it being hard to decide and I am recommending them to everyone I know
