Bought our, in stock, mattress from here almost a year ago and had no issues. Got a new house and decided to buy from them again, and that's where the issue is.
Went and ordered our living room suite two days before we moved in, no I didn't expect it to be in by then. They told me 2-4 weeks but probably closer to 2 being the snow had melted away already.
2 weeks came and went no furniture. Okay. Called the end of the third week and was told sometime next week. Called the Monday before the "4 week mark, which is Thursday" and was told it was to be delivered Thursday was that okay? Well I guess it has to be okay.
Thursday came and heard nothing. Called and was told it is gonna be another week. Frustrated now I say I'm making a second payment and the 2-4 week paper I signed meant absolutely nothing to you guys. Told them I'd never buy from them again.
Didn't seem too concerned just said it wasn't their fault.
What? It's not your fault? What kind of business are you running here.
Moral of the story, just go next door to Johnny Janosick!

Horrible experience! I ordered a kitchen table on February 26 2018. I was told I would receive my table in 2 to 4 weeks. After 6 weeks of the run around and no table I decided to cancel my order for the table. Even worse the owner never apologized once he didn't even look at me. Horrible management. Don't buy anything from them. You will regret it!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy furniture here. I purchased a mattress, which later was defective. Was given the run around for 3-4 months, so I will count it as a loss. However, I will NEVER buy anything from this paper made company again! The customer service is the worst and the owner Dana was no help at all! actually if there was a - star I would have selected it. Sleep Cheap is actually that "CHEAP"

I would not recommend buying anything from this company. They are not dependable at all. one man who works there is very friendly but he can't do anything about the lackey business here.

We were initially told that the bed would arrive in 7-10 business days. We have been waiting for our bed for 3 weeks. The first time I called to figure out where it was, after the 10 day period, the salesperson informed us that the truck was delayed and that it would be another 7-10 business days, making it so that our first payment would be made before we even received our mattress!
Today we called again, only to be told that our mattress was still not in, and only the owner could figure out where the truck was. The owner, apparently, was "out on a family emergency". What kind of business relies solely on the owner to track orders? I've experienced nothing but professionalism and a lack of regard for clientele at Sleep Cheap. We will no longer be doing business there, and if you like prompt, friendly service, you probably shouldn't either.
Edit: It has been over a month since we placed the order, still no bed. We never get a call back or a voicemail, after the associate says they will call back by the end of the day. We have been given five or six different ETAs now, and now it's apparently "Thursday, maybe Friday". We've been offered pillows and a mattress topper, and free delivery, but have been informed that we cannot receive a refund, because in our financing contract, "special orders" (meaning they had to order it instead of selling from the floor) are non-refundable.
