Easy purchase...friendly service. Disappointed with NO MILITARY DISCOUNT. Appliance was delivered. Service center was called back to report appliance was not working. It was removed...and delivery was rescheduled for a WEEK later. Meanwhile no refrigerator. Totally unacceptable.

$550 for a warranty is outrageous. Stand behind your products. Best Buy has the same warranty on refrigerators for 300 bucks less.

Tried to purchase an Weedwacker from this store. The employee at the register lied to me and told me that Sears no longer has the Shop You Way Rewards program. After showing her a paper with proof of the reward points, she reluctantly looked up the account and correctly redeemed my points. I will not be shopping at this location again.

I went three times with the model number of the riding lawn that is sold by Sears the craftsman still did not get the right belt I don't know what they're doing I don't think they know what they're doing
