Max & Moritz Bakery & Restaurant

I have been looking for a good German restaurant that serves genuinely good German food for years. After my grandma lost the ability to cook, nothing has been able to compare, until here. I walked inside and instantly was hit with the most amazing smell. It was like my grandma had been baking all day again. The food was absolutely amazing and really reminds me of home and more importantly my grandma. I kept telling my husband, “this makes my heart and soul feel so full of love” if that puts into perspective just how great this restaurant is. I love all the options here. I just could rave about this place, and I have been. Every chance I get, I let people know about it. Also, I love all the pastries and that I was able to have cake and coffee after lunch, just like my family tradition back at home. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Best dining in town. Friendly courteous staff. Great German food. Priced in reach of anyone. Highest rating in my eyes.

First time in food was delicious. Red cabbage just like Grandmother made can't wait to try the saubraten. Black Forest cake to die for 🙌🙌🙌 second time saubraten just a poor pot roast not pickeled marinading. Question waitress they got defensive. 😬"THIS IS THE WAY WE MAKE IT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT DON'T EAT IT. Poor attitude and not the way to respond to customers if you want to stay in the restaurant business😱 never again 🔥

Awesome remembrance of our time in Germany with the military! Food was awesome and I had brotchen for the first time in awhile! The pictures brought back some great memories! We will be back soon! Very highly recommended!

This could be any wonderful restaurant in Germany. What an awesome treat, far away from home. Can't wait to go back.
