Meritus Family Medicine North

Excellent doctors that take good care of you. The nurses are just something else!!! They are SO AMAZING!!! I love the personable experience that I get here, which is why I'm continuing to go here although we've moved away a little and there's a closer location. I just love the people that work here. They always take care of me and my family.

Our family has had two family doctors leave and it's been difficult to find another provider. A few staff members could work on their bedside manner and show better display of professionalism.

Doctors are pleasant for the most part. Wait time is reasonable most times. I have asked for call backs and waited over a week to spite several attempts to get through in the mean time. Sometime I felt like an inconvience to them. Billing is a NIGHTmare in the entire Meritus system. If i had a choice to do it over again, and there were options in the insurance plans, I would go elsewhere. It seems like Meritus has the medical scene in this area tied in a neat little bow unfortunately.

No complaints. Making appointments is easy and convenient. Dr. Beckwith is always on time. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Glad I don't have to go to Robinwood Drive.

I like this office. In general, there's miscommunication but it's widely due to whoever answering the phone not actively listening. Just bc you think you know what someone wants doesn't mean that's always the case. Other than that I like the staff. One issue I have is the sign in board needs to be moved elsewhere...it's at the same desk-area you give out personal info and that's a HIPPA issue. 4 stars bc they saw me as an emergency. Listened to me and got me outta there in no time. Heather is super nice.
