If I could rate with ZERO STARS- I absolutely would. My doctor canceled TWO of my appointments while in middle of trying to switch a medication. And even though they ask to see my insurance card at every single visit, I would constantly get bills because they were billing an old insurance. They are always behind. In the last two years the wait has been easily 30mins in the waiting area and then another 20, often more, in the room!! And today, we found out WHY my husband has been physically ill for the past week... because the doctor prescribed a dosage that was way to high to begin the new med on!! I switched doctor's earlier this year, and now I am def making my husband make the switch as well. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Avoid at all costs unless you want to be overdosed on medications. An hour+ for wait times and they try to get you in and out with as little interaction as possible with the most meds as possible. They don't help their patients, they help their pockets.

Never been treated like a drug dealer until I went to them. Been taking a medication for 22 years and was forced off the medication with no alternative but to see someone else. Their commercials say they listen to there patients but when I was asking my doctor “what something meant” I was advised that he had no time to discuss it since he only is given 15 min per patient. Was tested for drugs without my knowledge..... I could go on and on... but they are not honest or professional .....find another provider!!

Worst place to go to. They never give you the right information. You call and you are on hold for 15 minutes. When you finally speak to someone they tell you that they have to send it back to the doctor and they take 2 days to get back with you. Then you go to get something read and you ask if you can come a little earlier since you have to be at work. Drive 45 minutes to get there, wait 20 for a PPD test to be read, leave and then get a call that you have to come back because you had it read too early even though you asked the nurse 2 days prior and she said it was okay. The staff are more interested in having conversations with each other then getting things done.
