Go inside and half customers running around with out mask, music with foul language and cursing playing and the employees were too busy playing games with each other to do anything about it or help people. Way unprofessional for a public place.

I have never had a problem at this store, I used to go to Wyoming and central and the manager there made it difficult for me month after month, so this store is a breath of fresh air.

Went there to switch my service from another company and not only did they not transfer my line, they started a whole new service charging me for the phone, which should have been free, but they added 3rd party bundles without my knowing and without my permission

Don't go to this store. The Female workers are unprofessional and extremely rude. go to any other metro other than this one. If you're gonna have a business hire people who are going to make your business look better not worse.

Ridiculous business practices and almost nothing in stock here. Worst shop I’ve been to. Not enough workers, and from the clerk’s mouth, “No one wants to help out today.” Also, no restrooms or amenities for the customers they support.
