Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Council Bluffs

VERY clean. We had one planned overnight stay then due to weather we needed to stay one additional night. Ellie at the front desk was so, friendly, kind and helpful both days. She even remembered us and greeted us when we were out and about and would return. The free breakfast was typical continental style. We will definitely stay there again. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room for pizza leftovers but all we really needed was a place to sleep. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there was an outlet on the desk that did not work and the toilet seat was loose. We left a note about the outlet after the first stay but it did not appear to have need repaired or replaced when we stayed in the same room the following night.

Me and my husband Chris enjoyed our visit here. We are from NC he came here do to his work Been here for 2 weeks the food was delicious. And the rooms was very clean. The women that work here are very nice and friendly. If we ever have to come back we will definitely stay here again.

Yes me and my wife love this place best hotel that i have stayed this far been on the road working for 6 months. The food was very good,rooms very clean love that you get towels every day just love the service that you get here! Very very great. Tiffaney and i loved our stay hope to come back one day, will stay here

The ATM machine in the lobby didn't work during the three days that I stayed there. Staff was friendly and efficient, but not visible at the front counter. There was always a wait since I had to ring the bell and wait for someone to arrive at the counter. When they arrived, though, I had all questions answered and was able to do what I needed. A couple had to be escorted by police officers during my stay, and there were quite a few people with me in the lobby. The couple was incredibly rude, but staff remained professional.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was about average. Beds were a little firm. However I loved the cushion in the window and light above. Great reading area.
