Motel 6 Omaha East - Council Bluffs

Your staff is excellent! By far all kickass! Also your location is by far the best motel 6 i have ever been to! I love that my dog is welcome there, the rooms and the area in general is not dirty, grimy, or ghetto, and that the price is reasonably affordable especially when money is really tight but overall i give the highest rating to this specific location (council bluffs)! Thank you so much for everything

Its going through renovation. Windows dont open and the screens were torn. Room doors slam, so everyone knows when you are coming and going. Checking in was good. Checking out we had to pry the lady from her cigarette smoking.

This was the worst motel room I ever stayed in! The room was disgusting! I had to go to the store and get cleaning wipes to clean the room surfaces before I would put my belongings anywhere. The floor was so dirty that after walking on it I had to towel off my socks before putting on my shoes. When I booked the room I was unaware that smoking was allowed in this motel. In this day and age, REALLY! I do not smoke and was put in a smoking room. The smell made me sick. The bed cover/blanket was stained and had cigarette burns on it. The room had a feel of rent-by-the-hour rather than a decent room. I will never book a room at this Council Bluffs location again! No need to leave the light on for me.

Let me start by saying that having to pay for wifi when most other chains offer the service for free is ridiculous and the staff are the reason this place got any stars at all. They were friendly and helpful. The room had a rancid odor when I arrived and there were cigarette burns in the blanket and sheets. I did see a couple of bugs one a roach and another I couldn't identify. If I could've cancelled my stay here I definitely would have. I won't be staying here anymore.

The room was very clean. And the staff was very friendly. What was missing that is nice to have, is a mini fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay there again.
