Mid West Auto Storage

After getting hit by a drunk driver my car was taken to Mid-west auto storage to be stored. When I arrived to see my car all my valuables were stolen from the car and they stated that they couldn’t do anything about it only if it was on the itemized list. I am coming back with the police since a few of my items were on the list of what was in my car. Crooks! This place should be shut down. Reading other reviews I am not the only person that this has happened to. Scum of the earth taking advantage of people that are already in a horrible situation.

Most unorganized and ratchet group of people I’ve ever come across!!! It’s a shame that they do business with the City of Houston. Girl at the front was rude and continued to talk to other employees and not paying attention to customers. If I could rate them a 0 I would!!! Horrible experience... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Sam the Lebanese guy who runs this place is one crooked individual, they are just robbing people on daily basis and I don't understand how they are still in business. they use a forklift to move cars around,

Obviously a waste of time and money, there what appeared to be old tickets on my vehicle that I did not see and the police were who had it towed so just out money for no real reason. Aside from the shady reasons given for tow at the lot the guy was actually very nice and helpful. So I won't say it's the worst.
