i am changing this to 5 star. great great doctors. wait time could be as much as 3 hours in the morning. So i recommend going after 4 pm when usually wait time is less than 30 minutes.

Don't waiste your times going to this place, dr are ok but the guy who claims to be the manager is full of BS. I make an appointment to do regular check-up when I got there, it was packed abd no room to stand , I waited for an hour so i left I told the receptionist I will come back another day she told me it's ok. I came back 2 months later and there only 2 ppl in front of me, after 15 min the receptionist told me we can't see your child today, we don't do check up after 5 30pm I asked since when? , 2 yrs ago. My child is coming to here since he was 3 months old no one told me about that policy I asked them to show me the policy ,there where no such as thing. I asked to speak to manager he said yes, that is the policy and need to make an appointment for check up. I asked what is the point of making an appointment when u guys never follow it, everytime when I come always ask me to wait 1-2 hours and you can see my child today when is not ppl in frot of us. The chinese' community go there for the location it's how they got business, they don't follow any policy cz there don't have it. They making at the convenience.

Great doctors. My children all goes here. We love Dr. Chen especially because he is very thorough. He is very informative and patient. However, the wait is long even if u have appt.

Today was a first time visit with my 11 year old. I was told ahead of time to make an appointment because the doctor likes to spend a minimum of an hour with new patients. This means they want to be thorough and really get to know your child as much as possible. Dr. Chen was wonderful. He listened to everything I said, asked great questions. His notes were detailed and I really liked that. He took his time and then the examination was thorough and wonderful. My nervous daughter became calm with his approach which made us feel at ease. I can only share what happened with my visit and I have no complaints. I know there are other doctors there but as for us, we are well pleased with Dr. Chen.
