I was lucky enough to be connected with Lori through my extended family. At the time I felt my absolute lowest, I was dealing with postpartum and lost with what I wanted to do with my career. After working with Lori and even getting the chance to attend her retreat, I am now at a job I love and can move up in without needed years and years of education that I don’t have. I am being seen for myself and respected in the organization I am with because I got the confidence back that I lost with my insecurities. I have tried one on one therapy sessions before and felt liked I (and my family) was being judged and was just another client. Working with Lori I felt like was heard, understood, and connected with her. We still are in contact until this day even though I am not an active client. I started working with Coach Lori about 5 weeks ago to help provide clarity for my future goals. My mind had become so filled with negative self-talk or “stinkin thinkin” (as Lori calls it) that I wasn’t sleeping nor eating well and my health was starting to feel the effects. After my first session with Lori, I was able to sleep for the first time in two weeks! During each session, Lori brings such passion and positive energy that helped uplift my energy when I couldn’t do it myself. She could relate to everything I was feeling because of her past life experiences, which was so helpful in making me feel comfortable. After each session, she sends a recap that is an extremely detailed account of the entire session plus an action plan. Also, she will send other helpful articles, website links, and videos that will provide greater insight. I love details so I soaked up all of the information she sent me each week. She also responded very promptly to email or text if I needed guidance during the week between sessions. I’m so thankful for Lori. I knew there was a reason we met and now I know the answer. Working with Lori has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. She truly has changed my life!

Lori is amazing! She is such a Godsend! I don't know what it was but from the second I met her she was so warm and I felt like I had known her forever! Such a beautiful person she is! Also, her office is so warm and inviting and smells amazing, definitely a place to relax and unwind. Thank you Lori for being the amazing you, that you are! I wouldn't be who I am today without you helping me become a more confident and healthy me!

Lori is an expert at what she does. I started with her Rapid Results program, which helped me to re-train my brain and get out of thought patterns that were holding me back. I continue to work with her on a regular basis because there are so many different areas of my life that she's helping me with. I also attended her Rethinking Reality Retreat, which helped me get more focused on the one thing that can change everything. I highly recommend Lori's coaching and hypnotherapy services to anyone that wants to break bad habits, get out of negative thought patterns, or calm your busy mind.
