Called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Ended up sitting for an extra 30 minutes waiting for the only tech to finish her client. After she finally finished she told me she couldn’t do what I wanted unless it was with gel polish, which I was not willing to pay for, ESPECIALLY after sitting for 30 minutes past when I had scheduled my appointment. Very unprofessional and not impressed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I always go to here for my pedicures & manicures & always get excellent service & they do a wonderful job on my nails & toes
