Star Nails

I was not aware this was under new management. I used to love this establishment but I went today and the service was not the same! I will not be returning. It used to be more pampering and enjoyable, it has turned into get in and get out service but with the same pricing.

My friend and I walked in at 8:25 to see if there was any way that they could squeeze us in for two gel manicures ( they close at 9:00), you could tell the owner was almost done cleaning up and ready to head out for the day, but she said yes. She did a very speedy and very thorough manicure, with a nice little mini massage at the end. My nails came out perfectly, and she stayed until 9:10 to finish up with us. Very friendly service, I’d definitely go back for a quick gel mani any day.

I never would normally rate any business with one star but I had the absolute worst experience here recently. I used to love this place! But with new management and different staff this place has gone down hill. I went in for a new set with old nails still on. They soaked my nails in acetone for 30 minuets first, which I felt was far too long, then began to literally scrape the old ones off so hard and fast, I had multiple nails rip in half and bleed! I ended up walking out because it was so painful and unprofessional. I will never step foot in that place again.

BEST PEDICURE EVER!! Even with the new management. I was brought right in and taken care of VIP. These new folks are great and everyone should give them a chance!!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

where do I even begin to start? this is the worst nail salon I have come across in 45 years, THEY WILL LURE & TRICK YOU INTO SERVICES YOU DO NOT ASK FOR, I came here with my wife to get pedicures for our anniversary & I will never ever come here again, the staff members kept asking if we wanted services such as foot waxes, even though we said "no thank you" they ignored us and did it anyway still charging us extra in the end even though we said no to the services, I am so disappointed & it saddens me I even have to write this poorly of a review for this place but CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE WARNED NOT TO COME HERE
