Mission Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

So many reasons why I’m upset with this place. I still cannot get ahold of someone about my grandmother. I do not understand why I’ve updated her emergency contact number four times and yet you guys still have failed to change it and I have to find out days later about her. I hope someone sees this and contacts me about this issue and more!

MY FATHER ANTONIO TORRES LIVES THERE . IVE NEVER SEEN HIM SO HAPPY TO BE AWAY ,BUT THE NURSES AND DOCTORS ARE ANGELS THEY HAVE THE BEST OF CARE AND THEY ARE TREATED WITH KINDNESSES AND RESPECT. . THE STAFF THERE ARE ALWAYS IN A GOOD HAPPY MOOD WHICH MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE TO THE PATIENTS. THE CARE THEY RECEIVE IS FINAMONAL . THANK YOU FOR MISSION PINES

Some of the staff that runs the facility is two faced & rude. The rules don't apply to some of them & do to others. Including those who are visiting a patient. If we r quickly dropping something off& don't turn our vehicle off. That should be okay & not questioned as if it's a long term parking. While numerous employees park where it says not to and use the disable parking at their leisure. Leaving those who have the permits to park further away. So if your heading to this facility think twice when it comes to parking & your will to put up with the rude people in management.
