I have a family member at this facility. He was just released from the hospital & referred to this dump. Our Papa needs a bed with rails to protect the patient. This facility has no bed with rails. We had my nephews watch him while other members go home refresh but was informed they we're kicked out. For what purpose or reason? Our Papa needs 24/7 watch. Guess what he fell out of bed on their watch this is not acceptable. This facilities employees think something is funny because they are cackling like hyenas. If you love your family members like we do & want them to live do not consider here at Silver Ridge. Well karma is a biotch! 🤬

I usually don't leave negative reviews. But I wanted to share my experience so others could maybe avoid heartaches my family had to endure.
If you have a choice (not insurance driven) and you can send your loved ones somewhere else, do so. This place is not good. Overnight, it's like they don't take care of their patients. Now mind you, it's not all staff, few are very caring and great. But, overall it just hasn't been a good experience for our family.
It's the little things, not wiping the patients all the way, not being accountable for their duties (for example, every couple of hours, someone should be coming by to re-position the patients to ensure patients don't get bed sores, however, there's no checklist or acknowledgment sheets to hold employees accountable and therefore, my mother would have to do it herself), or not being sensitive to the patients needs since most of them can't speak up due to their injuries. I understand they see patients in need everyday, but please be sensitive and attentive instead of being on your phones all day.
It's also a hassle every time you need something from the doctors or staff. It always delayed and always need some sort of explanation when you need a simple signature from doctors or staff stating that the patient is with them for their care.
Good luck if you're reading this review, since you're probably in a similar position where a loved one is in need of assistance.
I hope this helps.

This place has its Pros and Cons the biggest issue I have is cleanessness I was a housekeeping supervisor for 30 plus years and this place is dirty since I've been going there to visit a loved one the front lobby glass shelf has never been dusted the room my loved one is in has a paper on the other bed saying it's been disinfected really pick up the mattress and look at the Frame of the bed.The public bathrooms are bad nothing is cleaned right. You see no Management out in the halls to ask family if they need anything. And I thought Horizon was bad.

This place is lucky to receive this star!!!! Please, please, please do not send your loved one to this place. The staff is extremely disrespectful and have not a care in the world for family of the patients that they supposedly "care" for. I called to file a complaint and was told I needed to speak with one person only to be transferred to another. I had to leave a voicemail only to never be called back. When I called again I was told "you'd be better off writing a letter about your concerns." Unbelievable !!!!! I plan on writing that letter and taking it as far as I can. This place is so unprofessional I can even believe they are still in business. I haven't read not 1 good review on them. Please investigate where your loved ones are being place, I made the mistake of not doing so and before I could move him it was to late.
