Silver Hills Health Care Center

My Uncle passed away there Jan 24, 2018. Staff has been using his prepaid cell phone!! He is in my “contact” and I recently (April 16) got a suggested friend on SnapChat! The notice was from his number but member was a female! Phone is paid through Sept so Miss Mars** Radqu**t is a thief! Wish I could attach the screen shots of the SnapChat page!

I don't know where they get their doctors from. They did not have the professional training to know my husband was dying. I had to sign him out, remove him, and take him back to the hospital myself. He was dehydrated and weak. He died a week later in the hospital. Now, they sent me a threatening bill 1.5 years after he died saying the bill was overdue. This was the first bill I received; they never billed me.

This place is a hell hole. My cousin was there to recover from cancer surgery and was mentally abused. She stayed there 2 days without any pain medication. They tried to convince that she she that she was not in her right mind. They let her fall while there. They contaimaited her cream that was put on her butt sores which got intected. And the food is horrible there.

This is an extremely unprofessional ran facility! As well they are mostly uneducated (LPN'S - CNA'S and NURSES). The , LPN'S Only have one year of education and are very young. As far as medications go, the LPN'S don't really know what most medications are for and are really just passing out medications.. They also treat people that are older and most people of them with no respect. The CNA'S walk all over there older patients. Your post to see a doctor within , 24 to 72 hours and it's going on a week and still know doctor. Please if you care about your loved ones. Do not! I repeat , Do Not! Send them to (SILVER HILLS) You will regret it and they might even get worse.

i live in New jersey and my brother has been at Silver Hills for 2 weeks. i have been trying to get updates on my brothers well being with no luck. this would be the last place i would recommend going too.
