Las Ventanas at Summerlin

This place is wonderful , we have our mom here in this community. We are more then happy with all the hard work and time everybody puts in for there resident's. Always neat and nice great program's! We are happy to have such an amazing community available for our loved one!

I am so glad my father is here. They are so helpful. I do not have to do any paperwork or running around. I have five places to compare this to, and this is so far superior, it is glaring. Dad is in AL and his care is excellent. I can not recommend it highly enough.

Working as a home health physical therapist, I have visited almost every assisted living facility in the Las Vegas Valley. This is by far the nicest place in the entire Valley. The staff here is amazing! Everyone who works here is exceptionally friendly and take great care of all of the residents who live here. You can always tell when a facility is good when the people who work there act as if they love their job. I have rarely seen a happier staff. It Is by no means inexpensive, but the old adage applies: you get what you pay for. I couldn't recommend this place any higher. If you are looking for a place for your parents to live where they will receive excellent care you need look no further than here.

Yes the food is good but that's about the only good thing about the skilled nursing facility.. First, the staff isn't friendly or knowledgeable as far as family and the patients are concerned. They don't do well tranfering from the bed to the wheelchairs and are TOTALLY understaffed and disorganised when its comes to patient care.. They do not give the patient a daily schedule nor Any schedule as to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, etc., and just show up whenever they want, regardless if your finally resting or visiting with your family... They are inconsiderate of their patients and basically seem to fly by the seat of their own pants and invade and intrude whenever they get it together for themselves.. Also, the staff is not professional on so many different levels. I would not recommend this places to anyone. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a ***1- (1/2) rating

My Mom is one of the most PICKIEST people there is. She complained that their sheets are bally. HOWEVER, this place takes AMAZING care of my MOM. I never think twice about her care. Any concerns I have, they are ON IT RIGHT AWAY. I vouch for this place as one I TRUST and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the care of your loved one. The Nurses, Doctor, and ALL the STAFF are amazing and caring. They clean her room EVERY DAY. The are loving and PATIENT. THANK YOU LAS VENTANAS.....
