Advanced Health Care of Las Vegas

Garth has been so wonderful bringing in patients to our medical practice, he is caring and patient with them and very friendly and kind with all of our staff. He is to be commended on always doing such a great job!

The ONLY good thing about this place is it's looks. Don't send a loved one here if they need eating, drinking and personal care assistance. They almost killed my mom, as we checked in on her and after two days she was almost comatose from lack of fluids and food. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, one lady in an admissions office blew me off when I asked about getting a nurse to mom's room, saying "it's not in my section of responsibility". It was obvious she wasn't eating, it should've been puréed.but it was chopped, and just left on a tray with no one feeding her. One nurse said she ate a good lunch, telling us she ate half of a burrito when we knew she couldn't even swallow or chew. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE or monitor you family member yourself.

The place looks and smells good. The nursing management staff is wonderful. However I found the aids/staff didn't pay much attention to feeding. I saw a lot of just leaving the food tray and walking out. Sometimes not within reach of patient. They are left to their own devices and to fend for themselves. Not good. Also my farther developed pneumonia here, in my opinion because leaving him in bed too much. Especially when he did eat. It seems to be too much attention to how the place looks, billing at top dollar rates and not enough attention to patient care. A lot of cell phone use among aids as well. Was much happier with the care at Del Mar after his discharge from here. May not look as fancy but care was great.

I knew mom had to go for physical rehab. All i could picture is places far away, depressing and such. Moms cade manager from St. Rose suggested Advance Healthcare. After reading reviews, I was still undecided. A bed opened up and off she went. Please know i am the only one who cares for my mom. In my mind, nobody can take better care of her than I can. When i arrived for a visit not only did i feel welcomed by some of the most caring people but sincere and warm hearted. They understand. They do care. Its made it so much easier to leave and tell mom I would be back tomorrow. There is 100 pound of pressure lifted off my shoulders. The nurses, doctor and case manager involed in her care are the best. Thank you to all staff and individuals who have helpwd with moms care.

Advanced Health Cares staff is very professional and down to earth. My dad has been there three different times and each time they where all so nice and took great care of him dad is 89 years old. He received A+ care. I highly recommend Advance Health Care.
