Canyon Vista Post-Acute

Love this facility! Activity staff (michelle) is excellent with her work. Very clean, friendly people, makes you feel like you are home. A good rehab place to get better and achieve your goals.

The negative revues I've read here are extreme. The responses from 'Josh' are canned and pitiful. My biggest complaint is their releasing a patient (my aunt) without addressing her most pressing need in PT. Only been there less than a month... coverage under medicare... for this for-profit institution, this doesn't make sense. Also, dressed in same clothes multiple days in a row, ignored when call button pushed when she is NOT to attempt getting up by herself. On a personal level, I was lied to, accused of lying, talked to like I was incompetent and I admit I got a little hateful back. I wish there was a negative rating as that would be the most honest.

Nice place for people getting better from having knee surgery. The nurses are nice, the technicians are nice and the CNAs are all great and it's a beautiful place. thank you

If I could give this more stars, I definitely would. My Dad has been in and out of hospitals and rehabs for the past couple of years now. I was starting to lose faith as the rehab before this one was NOT so great. When my Dad was transferred here, he was immediately shown so much care and love, it’s crazy. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure my Dad was okay and that I was also good. My Dad is my heart and this facility really showed me that their sole purpose is to get my Dad back to 100% . Plus we are a huge Samoan family, my Dad has 7 kids and we were all allowed to visit him. We had family traveling from near and far visiting him and Canyon Vista made it all possible and easy for us to have time with him. Love this place!
