Morgenstern's Finest Ice Cream

I went here hoping to try their famous black coconut ash ice cream because it is up on their website. But when I got there they told me that they are no longer allowed to sell it anymore. I assume this is because of the FDA passing ridiculous rules as usual. So I ended up getting the raw milk instead which was great!!! I absolutely loved it. It was pricey for just one scoop of ice cream though. One thing I didn't like was how long it took to get my ice cream once I ordered.

This is one of those new homemade ice cream shops that is modeled after the old soda shops. Very friendly staff have a very unique flavors to offer. The only reason I went there is because I heard from someone that they had blueberry ice cream so I’m in

I love the amount of flavors they have here — especially if you’re looking for something unique. Expect to wait in line, as this place’s popularity is through the roof. The cost is certainly on the higher end for ice cream. All that said though, it is a fun place to go and a worthwhile experience. However, if are more of a traditional ice cream flavor/sundae person, you’re better off going elsewhere.

Really unique flavors you will not find anywhere else and the staff was super friendly. Granted we were there at a busy time (around 7pm on a Saturday) we still waited an unusually long time to get our ice cream. In total we waited about an hour and fifteen minutes, twenty of that was after we had placed our order.

Get ready to wait in line, but don’t worry, it’s totally worth it. In fact, this gives you even more time to deliberate between the many many many different flavors. Do you want bourbon vanilla, or vanilla almond? Salted pretzel or tahini caramel? Smooth strawberry, sour cream streusel, or rhubarb crisp. Whatever you choose will be amazing though, I promise.
