The issues Muddy Paws had with my older dog were not fully clarified to me the second time I boarded her at Muddy Paws. I boarded my dogs a third time and called in the middle of my trip to ask how the dogs were doing and was put on hold.  I found out that my older dog was not allowed to play out in the yard due to resource guarding and she was left in her own run with limited time with my other dog. This issue not made clear the second time and my dog who is fine in dog parks and play dates and I spent good money to be completely surprised that my dog was isolated from group play and the dog runs not being described as very big enough for running dogs.
