I bought 2 basses from Max P. at Music Store Live. It was a seamless experience for me and it went very smoothly on both occasions. I was presented with the best possible price and I instantly bought both. In the first instance I was even able to work with Max after store hours to make the purchase. Both came in great condition within just a few days. The case on my second order was kind of dinged up but that is the purpose of buying the case. All in all this beats my last experience with another music store that flat out disrespected me on the phone and acted like I was the problem. If you want people to take care of you right the first time then just ask for Max P.

The best experience buying a guitar (online) in my book. These folks are great, very personable, accommodating and dedicated to quality. I highly recommend Music Store Live and will continue to do business with them. Quality service with knowledge and high standards and attention to details= smiles, thankfulness and confidence well before you first open the case - not to mention the top selection of guitars, amps and gear, decent prices and an incredible amount of effort and development to back up what they offer. I ordered two guitars from Music Store Live. The service was incredible and so was the result. I couldn't be more pleased with my guitars, one of which was a custom order. The communication was great. I knew exactly when each guitar was suppossed to ship, and I was updated during the entire process. Music Store Live has a lifetime customer in me.

Purchased a fender strat online and while negotiating a price and finishing the deal on this 2013 guitar someone else came in and purchased it. No problem for these guys, they ordered me a minty new guitar exactly like the older one we made the deal one and let me have it at the negotiated price. Their word is solid and their prices can't be beat. A true pleasure to work with these people.

Ordered a brand new $1600 Fender guitar from this dealer. It arrives with stripped intonation screws. The dealer says it must have come from Fender that way since their tech didn't do it. I returned it for a refund. Now they are making me wait 10 days for a refund from paypal since I opened a dispute after already waiting 2 days since they received the guitar back. Paypal says they can issue a refund at any time. Stay clear of this store. They have lied about too many things with this transaction. UPDATE: They issued a refund. I will still not be back to make any purchases in the future.
