Went in for a toothache, I got put on meds and extraction scheduled. I ended up going to ER and tooth was removed there. I called to cancel appt, they told me they would be happy to look at extraction site to make sure everything looked good, no charge. Very nice and helpful. UNTIL I GOT A BILL!!! I called them but was told that it was not a free visit. I had no reason to go, so I KNOW I wouldnt have gone if I was going to be charged. They said, Too bad, so sad. I tell everyone I know about this place. Rip off artists!

Been to My Dentist twice. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I don't have dental insurance but was still treated professionally. Even without insurance they are reasonably priced. Dr. Whitfield is corteous and funny, they really make it a great experience.

Not happy with these people at all. Paid them every time my husband or I had an appointment but they still want to bill me for it. NOT HAPPY!
